GARAGEKING RETURNS POLICY
 

WHAT can be returned?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return item/s is received and inspected by GarageKing, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Our Return Policy is valid for 30 days from date of receiving the items. After 30 days we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

HOW do customers return items?
Please contact GarageKing on (03 8787 3000) or sales@garageking.com.au to advise items to be returned or exchanged.

SHIPPING for returns?
Return shipping cost is at the expense of the customer. The shipping cost will not be included in the refund.

EXCHANGES?
If you need to exchange an item for a different item providing it's within 30 Days of receiving, send us an email at sales@garageking.com.au and we will confirm if your item can be exchanged. If confirmed, send your item to: 48-58 Cyber Loop, Dandenong South Vic 3175. (Proof of Purchase will be required).

FREIGHT damage?
Please inspect all items on arrival. Any damage due to freight must be made in writing within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
